This Fulfillment Policy outlines how Riloworks, Inc. ("Riloworks", "we", "us", or "our") delivers its services and handles related matters such as refunds and cancellations. Our service involves providing access to AI agents ("Rilo") that perform knowledge work using your existing software tools.
Service Delivery Policy
Riloworks provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering. Access to the service is typically granted upon successful completion of the beta access request process and agreement to our Terms of Service.
- Access Provisioning: Access credentials or integration instructions will be provided electronically upon activation of your account or subscription.
- Service Availability: We strive to maintain high availability of our services, subject to planned maintenance and unforeseen circumstances, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
- Delivery Method: The service is delivered digitally via web access and integrations (e.g., Slack). No physical goods are shipped.
- Delivery Timeframe: Access is typically provisioned within 1-3 business days after agreement finalization, subject to onboarding requirements.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our service and the resources consumed during usage (e.g., AI processing time, cloud infrastructure), our policy is as follows:
- Beta Program: Participation in the private beta may have specific terms regarding payment and refunds, outlined in your beta agreement. Generally, fees paid during the beta are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
- General Availability (Post-Beta): For subscription services, fees are typically billed in advance (e.g., monthly or annually) and are non-refundable for the term paid. Usage-based fees are billed in arrears and reflect actual consumption, thus are non-refundable.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the event of significant service unavailability or failure not rectified within a reasonable timeframe, as determined solely by Riloworks. To request a refund review, please contact support@riloworks.com with detailed information.
Return Policy
As Riloworks provides a digital service, there are no physical goods to return. Therefore, a traditional return policy is not applicable.
Cancellation Policy
- Beta Program: You may cease participation in the beta program at any time by providing written notice to your Riloworks contact or contact@riloworks.com. Any outstanding usage fees will be billed.
- General Availability (Post-Beta):
- Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription effective at the end of your current billing term (monthly or annual) by providing notice through your account settings or by contacting support@riloworks.com at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. No refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of the current term.
- Usage-Based Services: You may stop using the service at any time. You will be billed for any accrued usage up to the point of cessation.
- Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access to the service will terminate at the end of the paid term or immediately for usage-based services after settling final charges. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
